When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm GMT+8(excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm GMT+8 or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched
