Return Policy

 

 

Thanks for shopping at DIRRAN ORGANIC. In the event that your purchases are not up to your satisfaction, we are pleased to be of your assistance.

    

 To be eligible for refund, kindly see the following:

 

  • Dirran does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
  • Any claimed  to relating to your product for damaged in transport or incorrect goods received shall be deemed waived by Buyer unless claimd via email or call within five (5) days from the date the goods are received by Buyer. (To make a claim relating to your product for damaged in transport or incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by telephone or email.)
  • Items can only be returned if the items have not been opened, used, unpacked or damaged.
  • Your product must be in the original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the items to be sent back to us until they reach us, and agree to assume the costs associated with the returning purchased item(s) to us.
  • We will replace your item with a new item or refund will be made through Loyalty Reward Points which will be credited to your dirranorganic.com.my account. Reward points can be used to make future purchases.

Items can only be returned if:

  • The product is damaged upon receiving them.
  • The product is not as per order. (E.g. Wrong size/Wrong product/volume delivered).

Our Company shall not be liable under the foregoing warranty if any loss or damage is caused by improper application or use of the goods.

  • Reason for Return or Exchange

 

Pack your return well to prevent damage in transit. Use postal service with track & trace to prevent lost.

Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number. Once we have received your request, we will contact you within 5 business days for further instructions.
